Franchise Management Group (FMG) is a consulting firm that specializes in creating and managing a complete Franchise System for prospective or existing Franchisors. FMG services encompass examining the current operating structure of an existing franchise or business that is interested in becoming a franchise (client).

Through this analysis, the FMG team is able to create or update the legal documentation required through the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and file for registration in the regulated states on behalf of our clients.
